The Norfeu tourist apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate between 4 and 6 people. It has 73 m², divided between dining room, kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. It also has a full terrace and air conditioning/heat pump. In addition, the sofa in the dining room is a sofa bed, adaptable to accommodate two more people in the apartment.
In the garden of Villa la Costa, we have a barbecue and children’s playground shared with all the apartments. There is also an outdoor car park on the property.

We want to cancel the booking. Can we do it?
In case of cancellation of the booking, the following amounts will be retained:
- The deposit is refunded when the cancellation of the booking is made more than 30 days before the date of arrival at the accommodation.
- 100% of the deposit when the cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance.
In case of no-show or leaving the cottage house before the booked date, the amount paid will not be refunded.
