The rooms at El Niu are tastefully decorated, with white, brown and blue tones predominating. In addition, the roof is made of wood: it turns the rooms of this tourist apartment in L’Empordà into some very warm and welcoming spaces. El Niu has a large bathroom with shower and a toilet with two washbasins for ease of use, a dining-living room with air conditioning very cosy thanks to the natural light that enters through the window and a kitchenette with wooden furniture and equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, oven and everything you need for a perfect stay in Alt Empordà.
In the gardens, we have a swimming pool and a large pergola with chill-out area and barbecue area. Bicycles, fibre optics and outdoor parking are available free of charge.

If there are no other bookings before or after yours, opening times may be extended. Contact us, let us know when you plan to come and we will inform you!
We want to cancel the booking. Can we do it?
In case of cancellation of the booking, the following amounts will be retained:
- The deposit is refunded when the cancellation of the booking is made more than 30 days before the date of arrival at the accommodation.
- 100% of the deposit when the cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance.
In case of no-show or leaving the cottage house before the booked date, the amount paid will not be refunded.
