It has an area of about 80 square metres and can accommodate up to six people. L’Altell has three double rooms with air conditioning, decorated with blue and brown tones, that offer a very cozy atmosphere; in addition, one of them is located in the loft, has a warm wooden deck and is accessed by a staircase.
This cottage house also has a spacious and fully equipped bathroom that combines modern and traditional flavors, such as tiles and faucets that remind us of the old house; a very warm living room thanks to the wooden floor, the large fireplace and furniture and, finally, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy the holidays in the Alt Empordà region. The house is accessed by stairs.
In the gardens, we have a swimming pool and a large pergola with chill-out area and barbecue area. Bicycles, fibre optics and outdoor parking are available free of charge.
A few kilometres away you can enjoy different activities both on the Costa Brava and in the nearby villages of the Empordà.

L’Altell is a cottage house that is part of Masos Can Sot. Masos Can Sot is located on La Farinera Sant Lluís estate, a private estate with gardens, lakes and woods where you can disconnect. You will find us in Pont de Molins, in Alt Empordà.

If there are no other bookings before or after yours, opening times may be extended. Contact us, let us know when you plan to come and we will inform you!
We want to cancel the booking. Can we do it?
In case of cancellation of the booking, the following amounts will be retained:
- The deposit is refunded when the cancellation of the booking is made more than 30 days before the date of arrival at the accommodation.
- 100% of the deposit when the cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance.
In case of no-show or leaving the cottage house before the booked date, the amount paid will not be refunded.
